How do I send an email with delivery confirmation (return receipt)?

Simply click on the cog icon which is shown on the compose screen above the text field and place a tick next to “Return receipt”. You can request a delivery confirmation (return receipt) in order to be sure that the recipient has received or read your email. As soon as the recipient confirms receipt of the email, you are notified of this by our system.

Please note: The recipient can also ignore a request for delivery confirmation, if they so choose. In this case, you will not receive any message confirming delivery. This does not, however, mean that the recipient has not received, seen or read your email.
