How do I set up a group in the address book?

In this help article you will learn how to create an address book group in Posteo webmail.

How to create an address book group in Posteo webmail

To create an address book group, first log into your account. Then proceed as follows:

  1. Open your Posteo Address book.
  2. Click on the Plus symbol in the left column.

An input field will appear in the group list. If you cannot see the input field, click on the arrow below the address book icon.

  1. Enter a name for the group.
  2. Confirm your entry with the Enter key.

Click on the plus sign located in the left column of your address book. Enter a name for the group and confirm by pressing the enter key.

Done. You have created a group in the address book.

You cannot synchronize address book groups with devices.

Open your Posteo address book, select the contacts you want to add to a group and drag and drop them to the desired group.
